Chatbot & AI

What is a chatbot, what is AI?



  • A chatbot is a service, powered by rules and sometimes artificial intelligence, that you interact with via a chat interface such as Facebook Messenger. I have created one for my Facebook page! You can test it thanks to the following QR code. (If you can scan it, just click on the QR code)




  • AI is for Artificial intelligence, it is an area of computer science that emphasizes the creation of intelligent machines that work and react like humans.



How do you think bots on social media (especially Facebook) will impact hotel bookings, in the future ?

For me, chatbot is an easier way to get in touch with the customer, I mean easier than mail. As you can personalize messages, guest can have the feeling that the hotel is really and directly speaking to them. In case the guest has some questions, needs some more information, he can directly respond to messages sent and the person in charge of social media will get back to him.
I really like this initiative ! Really hope it wil be developped in the future !

Flip the job search

I want to be recognized for my team spirit and the fact that I am not afraid of taking initiatives.

Online brochure

Sorry for late, when we have to work on session 4, or 5 I did not have the idea to get back to session 2...

Here is the online brochure of Ikea.

It is possible to swipe pages, to see all articles presents on the page and have all the references needed. Unfortunately, you cannot purchase items directly on the brochure.
It is quite appealing!

There is also a mobile version, so yes, it is mobile friendly !

Le Meurice

I would like to share with you a hotel brochure.

It is a brochure from a Parisian Palace nammed Le Meurice. You can download it here!

I wanted to share with you this brochure because Le Meurice represents very well the French elegance for me. It is the oldest palace in Paris. I had the opportunity to visit it for the festive season. You can read my whole article here.
